Ignition Timing Failed because the red marking was aligned to the pointer




Timing is at 2nd tick mark above the RED timing mark.
Don't point at the RED timing mark, wrong location.

Solution:  

The proper timing should be at the 2nd tick mark ABOVE the Red Timing Mark on the Inspection Plate of the Flexplate/Flywheel.
